Abdullah Momand

Abdullah holds an MBA and BBA degree in Finance and
has over 8 years’ experience working in different
monitoring capacities on the WB TPMA contract in
Afghanistan. He is currently the Deputy Financial
Monitoring Manager for the project and was instrumental
in developing the testing framework for the expenditure
review and internal control assessments of the WB
portfolio of projects in Afghanistan. Overall, he possesses
over 11 years of relevant experience.
