Dilip Mandal FCA

Dilip is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), with a career spanning over 22 years. Dilip’s expertise is in Audit & Assurance, Public Financial Management, Fiduciary Risk Management, Anti-Corruption, Accounting and Taxation.
He has a wealth of experience working as an auditor, PFM expert, and consultant advisor, and has held senior management positions in both the private and public sectors. Dilip has worked in Afghanistan for over eight years, where he has been involved in multiple projects, gaining valuable insight and knowledge in working in post-conflict zones and with donor agencies.
Currently, Dilip is the Deputy Team Lead for the financial monitoring component of the WBMA contract in Afghanistan, where he provides financial management expertise, technical assistance, and oversight for project implementation. Dilip’s extensive experience in various fields makes him a valuable asset to New-Light and its clients.
